Welcome to Ljungskile and to the RS Tera World Challenge Trophy in one of the 10 most beautiful nature areas in the world, according to CNN.
Ljungskile is located in the heart of the province Bohuslän, which is renowned for its archipelago and excellent sailing conditions. Prevailing winds are southwesterlies, and in August temperatures are nice. You will also experience bioluminescence in the water – giving you a golden touch if you go for an evening swim.
Ljungskile is just an hour away from Gothenburg, where the nearest airport is. The commute is excellent, both if you choose the train, the bus or the E6 motorway.

- The race takes place just outside of the island Ulvön in the entrance of the inner bay, Ljungskileviken.
- We expect around 150 boats to participate.
- The area in the harbour will be filled with tents and activities for a great sailing experience as well as for leisure and social life.
- The race will assume from Fair play in any aspect.
